We've been working with Nick for nearly five years now and he runs three flats for us. And having had professional relationships in parallel with several other lettings agencies in Dundee and elsewhere (and, frankly, having had to sack more than one of them for various sins that Nick would never commit), it's clear from our extensive experience that Belvoir is by some margin the best and most reliable with which to work. Mainly, I suspect, this is because, under the Belvoir model, the owner is hands-on and present, with Nick closely involved in the day-to-day activity, overseeing what happens and creating a helpful and constructive atmosphere in the business. A happy and efficient office of the kind that he has created also seems to be more likely to retain its staff over time which in turn means that clients and tenants can build and maintain good long-term relationships: to be honest, at certain other lettings agencies the constant turnover in personnel gets really frustrating and means continually having to try to establish a rapport with new people. So, would I recommend Belvoir Dundee? Absolutely.

Hello, Dear reader. I just moved to property managed by Belvoir 13 September 2011. The service was ok, they fix the washing machine one day after I report it to the agent. Its really impress, really quick, and I communicate with the Director(Nick Horan) straight. Personally based on my experience communicating through email, he is very professional. But ofcourse every single organisation some times face some problems. I do recommend maybe Belvoir need to touch up on the courtesy of their front office as it is really important in potraying the company images and to maintain loyal customer as well as getting more new customer to the company and finally maintaining their success story which is more important. All in all, may Belvoir become a preferable letting agent with a great and excellent customer service. The most important part is to maintain a good services and relationship with customer.

Great agents helped me all

Great agents helped me all the way through looking for a property, any repairs done quickly and when I wanted to decorate they made sure it was OK with the landlord.

Friendly people and good once you can get ahold of them. Sadly it seems they're understaffed so response times can be a little slow. Overall please be kind and patient with the staff and you'll have a good time.

I’ve had a good experience up to now, been in 6 weeks like that flat, I did report that when I moved in that the worktop had lifted at the corner on the portal but haven’t had any word back

The team at BELVOIR are extremely helpful and friendly. They assisted us greatly at the start of the tenancy and continued to be very helpful with small issues during the corse of our occupation. At the end of the term there was no fall off in service. The hand over was at a time to suit us and was handled in a professional and personable manner. We hope to return to the area and would certainly look to BELVOIR for another property. Would consider a five star, but no one is perfect!!

It took a while to finalize all the paperwork before getting into the property, but so far it has been a smooth ride, no issues.
