An individual named Sebastian works at these premises , he and his manager Sara are a little bully crew, who are happy to try and intimidate their customers to not claim any responsibility, spoke in an absolute abominable tone to my mother ! Wouldn’t be surprised if they had rabid rats for brains !

Hello, let me tell you about the bad experience I had with this agency, specifically with Mr. Sebastian. I was looking for a house, and a friend recommended the one next to his since he saw that the tenants next door had moved out. He contacted the owner, who informed us of the price of £1650, and directed us to the agency where we got in touch with Mr. Sebastian. As soon as we entered and told him our requirements, he had a negative reaction as if he didn't want us to consider the property... and by the way, at the agency, the price was listed as £1600, which raised suspicions. He repeatedly mentioned that we would lose the money spent on checks, even though we were confident about meeting all requirements and had come through the owner's referral, so we didn't think anything would stop us from taking the house. After we paid and began the checks, he delayed us for 3 weeks. We were supposed to move in on the 1st, but he gave us an answer on the 31st, just when we thought he would hand over the keys. After some time, I visited my friend and met the lady who owned the house. We shared our experience, and her husband showed us the agency's report that falsely stated my friend works 160 hours a week, which is impossible as a week has 168 hours. Later, I requested to take a photo of that report. I talked a bit more with the lady, and upon hearing that we were misled by the agency, she committed to refunding our money and said she would talk to Sebastian. Yesterday, we received a response from the lady stating that Sebastian informed her we would lose our money, but she doesn't know that by sending us there, they ruined her chance of getting money from someone else. Consider this: the lady knew she would receive £1650 in rent, the agency said it was £1600, and later I agreed to pay £1650. The lady was happy, but Mr. Sebastian treated us poorly! Be cautious with this man, as he will put you in a difficult situation, and you might end up losing your money. If anyone wants, I can provide proof of the documents sent for verification, as well as the report sent by the agency to the owner. I advise against working with them since you might think you're getting a house, but it's the opposite... and you could end up losing your money!!! It would be great if someone from the company takes action against this gentleman!

In response to your negative review, please see below the Google review which the landlord has placed to confirm that Sebastian acted professionally at all times. “"As the landlord who selected the prospective disappointed 1 star renters, on the recommendation of a neighbour, I have to speak up for the work that Sebastian and his team did to progress their application and to give them the best chance of getting the tenancy. After discussion with the Frost team, the prospective tenants signed their agreement to forfeiting their deposit if they did not pass the financial checks. As is standard for new tenancies, their details were passed to an independent financial checking company. Sebastian rang me frequently through this process, concerned that everything was taking too long as he did not want to let the prospective tenants down. The financial checking company reported to him that they were not getting the information they required from the prospective tenants. When they failed the financial checking process, I had to turn down their application and start to look for alternative tenants, because it would affect my ability to insure the tenancy. I went back both to the Frost team and the financial checking service to question where things had gone wrong and was satisfied that the financial checking system was wholly independent of the estate agency and it was their assessment of the information given to them by the clients that resulted in the fail. It seems unfair to me that the work of Sebastian and his team, most of which would not have been seen by the prospective tenants, should get such a poor review.” Unfortunately, through no fault of Sebastian, the independent financial checking process did not find in your favour and were unable to progress your application. The Rentals team are thieves! Avoid the agency, especially the Rentals department. The staff there lacks courtesy; you're received in the office as if they're doing you a favor, not as clients or, better said, potential collaborators. Yet, you go there to pay for a service, but the treatment we received leaves much to be desired!

I do not reccomend this agency, one agent named Mr. Sebastian represented them concerning my application to one house of theirs. This agent had a total lack of interest in my application, all the time when I was trying to reach him he was “not available”, not picking up the phone when I called, when I went to the agengy he was having lunch and didn’t want to talk to me, and this was not only one time, it was like 3 times in a row. I even tried to call from another phone number and when he heard it was me he passed the call to someone else. Plus he held us on wait for more than 3 weeks and he kept asking for additional information about me , so I can quit my application and they can keep my holding deposit . I think it was probably about the money and he never wanted to give us the house , and possibly he was waiting for some extra money .

I do not recommend this agency if you are either looking for property to buy or rent. The customer service from the staff there is extremely poor service very rude I won’t mention the name of her as I am not going to shame.Telling me they will close the file for the future appointments. More time it was them telling me they will get back to me in regards to properties and never came back to me.

Worst letting agents I ever had to deal with. Everytime something broke in the flat they took ages to send someone out to repair, sometimes we would call or email to tell them something's wrong and next day they didn't even know what was going on. At the end of tenancy they tried to tell us we didn't pay rent as we pay on the 23rd at nd they will charge us overdue fee, we paid on the 26th for two years. Took a month to give us our deposit back cause landlord who by the way was also rubbish and didn't care about the flat at all took two weeks to go and look at the flat and check for damages. Sent 5 emails to property manager who hasn't replied to a single one of them and was never in the office when I called. Once my flatmate called to speak to them and woman who I will not name said CAN YOU PUT SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH ON THE PHONE. To be fair, they were always quite rude to us. Absolutely disgusting. When we had viewings of the flat we had to ask them to give us 24h notice cause they don't have any common sense, I think it was very hard for them to realise that we also work and are not at home all the time. Sales agents showing the flat to potential buyers/tenants had no idea about the state of the flat or what furniture was there and what was ours, i think you should be a bit more prepared if you want to sell or rent the place to potential customers. Overall, everyone in this bloody agency has no idea how to do their job properly so if you're renting in Feltham you better look for a different agent. edit- interesting you tried to call me, another lie from you.

Horrible, horrible. We rented through Frost a while ago, they basically stole our money from deposit!! Do not recommend! Do not use them!

We take all feedback seriously and having investigated the matter I am firstly very disappointed that it has taken you 4.5 years to post this review as you moved out of the property you rented through us in June 2018. My investigation showed that the deductions made from your security deposit were justified as following the checkout by an independent company, cleaning was required to bring it back to the condition it was when the tenancy commenced and there was a further minor deduction made for damage to a wardrobe door. I do not want to go into personal details but you were returned 87% of your deposit with 13% being held back for cleaning and damage. I am not sure what has prompted you to post this review so long after you moved out but we would be more than happy to discuss this with you personally.
