Martyn Gerrard have found tenants for my flat for the last 3 years, during which time I have dealt with several different Lettings Managers in Finchley Central. Eva has been by far the most helpful and pleasant to deal with during this time! She was really responsive and helpful in securing our most recent tenants. They had many (!) requests in terms of furniture they didn't want and things they wanted done in the flat in order to move in, and Eva took the time to go through the lengthy requests with my systematically, formulating a response to the potential tenants in terms of agreeing the way forwards. She has always been available to provide advice and guidance. It has been a pleasure to work with Eva throughout this process!

Extremely helpful and efficient

Ellena was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to our messages. She was very efficient in getting one particular incident sorted out (the replacement of an old washing machine), which required communications with various contractors as well as with the landlord. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the level of service provided by Ellena.

Always there when we need her

Ellena has been our point of contact at Martyn Gerrard for quite some time now. She has always been extremely helpful and quick to respond to any issues we have had with the house we rent. As tenants with a landlord who lives abroad it is important for us to be able to solve problems quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Ellena not only liaises well with the owner but always takes us and our working lives into consideration too. She was very thorough during our recent inspection and immediately arranged for a glazier to come in and repair a broken rubber seal on a window.
