rude and unpleasant to deal with

i have been in contact with vanesa a few times over the past month when I have chased updates for repairs at a property being rented by my mum which is elderly and hard of hearing. first time I spoke to vanesa she has abruptly told me that she won't proceed with any repairs process until its emailed to her and that was it, I know we all have bad days so I didn't think much of it, but when I wanted to speak with her regarding the contract I have been given nothing but arrogant responses, ''everything is written in the contract go and read it'' type of tone. when I mentioned that I'm not happy with the way she is handling my query she said well lets move past it and just continued the conversation with the same tone. no apologies or remorse. I must say that it has been a very unpleasant service and a surprise to receive such treatment from a member o staff working at such a reputable company as Martyn Gerard.
