My family came from Japan and we don't know British business culture like how to pay monthly rental fees and so on. But a staff of Martyn Gerrard, Omar Ally, is very kind to us and he gives me quick responses when I ask any questions. He always helps us.

Knowledgable and speedy

When I was looking at flats 18 months ago, the estate agent I spoke to was knowledgable, allowed me to view a number of properties and gave me the space to make my own decision on which flat to rent without pressurising me into a decision. In 15 years I had numerous contacts with the agency. The contacts were usually linked to small or not so small inconveniences which can make life quite difficult. Many contacts mean many names, Emplyees' names. Some are still present, others moved on. The common denominator was professionalism. The problem was always solvable, The solution was always close in time and space. The promise was always kept. The routine check ups were well organised, giving me choice and ample space to find a slot in my diary. I knew, after a short while into the tenancy, that I can get quick, informed and competent advice from Martin Gerard, that I can rely on them and that they will observe my interests.
