Ellena gave us wonderful service, providing knowledgable details on how to proceed with difficult tenants. She was able to coordinate all our needs-- from tenant move-in to tenant move-out-- even as we were "absentee landlords" located in the USA. She has been a great contact for even the smallest 'land lording" question, and been a great liaison between us, as property owners, and our tenants.
