Having moved into a brand new flat just before Christmas I was bound to encounter some teething problems. All of them have now been resolved and this is mainly thanks to Jodie Lees. She regularly went above and beyond to help not just myself but the other tenants that are also moving into the flats. Not everything has been smooth but if you go with Romans and have Jodie helping then you are in very good hands.

I found Dan Terry at Romans Fleet to be personable, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. I, as the buyer of a property was 'looked after' but he kept his client's interests at the forefront of every discussion and negotiation which I respected. If I was selling a property through Romans, I would expect the information about the house given to prospective purchasers to be of a higher standard, including photos ( neighbours can be seen on driveways etc) but this takes nothing away from our cheerful agent who put in the time to ensure a satisfactory conclusion was reached.
