Been a while since I used an estate agent. After my experience with a call to Romans in Fleet this year hope its a while again. Cocky, over confident and rude. Anyone can do what you do so dont make out you are special. Decided to use another agent or free ads. And in this climate you would think they would be nicer. Now they want me to call and discuss because no record of a Harry. You think Im gonna give a real name on the internet? Nice try trying to make out its a fake review.

In an endless parade of incompetent estate agents ROMANS took the biscuit. Stood us up on three arranged viewings after we took time off work to do so. "We had the wrong number for you" shoddy, unprofessional, DO NOT USE. Whatever retort they post below should be ignored.

We consistently strive for exceptional service and it’s a shame to hear you didn’t receive this from us on this occasion. I’ve had the opportunity to speak with Jodie Lees the Lettings Manager at Fleet about your comments, she’s informed me that you had 3 viewings with us booked for Monday, 1 of them was let prior to the appointment and sadly one we were unable to gain access to from the current tenant meaning two of the appointments had to be cancelled. Jodie has stated that before the appointments the team tried to call you using the number we had registered on the system to make you aware but mentioned that they couldn’t get hold of you so they left a voicemail, sent a text message asking for you to confirm if you were happy just to see the one and sent an email also advising of this. When you called in to advise you were outside one of the properties, the team immediately offered to come down and meet with you but I understand you then changed your mind about viewing the property. We can appreciate why you’d be dissatisfied because of the appointments being cancelled especially after taking time off work and would like to offer our apologies for any inconvenience caused because of this. We’d obviously like to try and turn your experience with us around and would be happy to help moving forward in your property search, should you wish to discuss this further or need any other assistance then please contact Jodie Lees on 01252 743 733. I have problem with the communication. For example today it’s the 4/2 and I still have not received rent for January and still have not received any information about it! I call ?leave messages but no one respond back.Through email I’m told that someone will get back to me..no one does. I’m paying a fee every month to Romans and expect to receive something for it!
