Aweful dishonest people. DO NOT believe good reviews, they are a lie, they are all lined up at the same time when my daughter had major issues with them over a month ago and she raised a formal complaint to their office mentioning others experiences with them. Nothing much was done by them to address their dishonesty not even an apology but to sum it up if you believed the good reviews you should know, A. their fees for letting is over £500. Do you really want to throw that in the garbage, because I would rather do that than dealing with them B. believe me, you will be signing a contract from hell. C. Worse of all, they treat tenants as they are nothing a nobody even if you pay your rent in time. Bottom line... Be careful and read reviews everywhere trustpiolet and allagent are you friends, research well before you sign up to the devil...
Horrible experience with Gloucester office, giving very bad name to the agency, they (Adam Sambell and Leanne Harris) at the beginning of our tenancy they said ours going to be periodic when the contract finishes which is also stated in the contract, now they are saying they don't do that and they wouldn't have said so and we need to pay renew fees and get an increase in rent. Basically a trick in the book to get more money their offer letter doesn't even have the new rent figure. They send emails and emails for extra fees here and there. No service what so ever, even after the inspection, just a tick in a box report is sent after we requested it.. as an example for their service, the carpet was a mess when we moved in, no cleaning was done before we moved in, nevertheless, the previous tenant most probably got charged for that and got deposit deducted! They always make excuses whenever we ask for anything within our legal rights and say they contact the landlord and wait to hear back from him and never reply to us afterwards unless we chase them with a serious tone. More importantly, they never ever let us get the landlord's address even through it is our right by the low! avoid with all costs, we will be talking to a legal advisor and we have been intouch with the property ombudsmen. Guess what now, they want to evict us!!! Shame in them

What bother us the most is that, these people don’t have the same answer every time we get back to them with an issue everyone tells us different lie, we doubt they get back to the landlord with any matter, we asked many times for the landlord details to contact him in person but they claim they can’t give us his details, and we can only deal with them, when the law clearly states we have the right to reach him Since we moved to the house all what we got is lies from those people, and trying to find anyway to charge you. Such a dirty business…

Absolute joke agency. They are only after your money. Once you have a problem they dont want to know. Took them 7 months to replace a window in the middle of winter whilst I had a 4 months old in the house. They just dont care.
