I have recently sold the flat and right from the start there was good effort starting with Mark and then taken over by Martin for the conveyancing. The online sign in tool is very useful for checking in to see feedback from viewings as well as a member of staff giving regular feedback by phone. A great service was given and I would recommend JNP to anyone thinking of selling locally. The value in getting the excellent service was well worth the slightly higher fee than other agents locally.
