Not a great experience. I pretty much understood the tone of the lady showing me the property when she said "the tenant will selectively be picked". I sent an email enquiring about what their terms and conditions where foe selecting tenants and did not receive a response. I now avoid the their propertied when searching.
I was very disappointed with level of Customer service received from JNP Partnership, they never sent me copy of valuation report by post or email, I chased my times and spoke to Caroline in their adminstration department she confirmed you will receive shortly. To-date never sent one.
Rented a property with these guys. Should've read the reviews before ever approaching this company. After leaving the property, I was charged over £450 for absolutely ridiculous. menial expenses that have no validity to them. Am currently in the process of arguing and disputing the charges but I can see they have done this before and not many people have had luck in getting the money returned so I'm not holding my breath. These guys are rude and don't care about their tenants. Not impressed with money being taken for no reason. Am recommending that everyone stay away unless they want to be ripped off. For the icing on the cake - I was in the property only 1 year and 10 months and for 6 months of it I didn't have hot water! Let me repeat - NO HOT WATER!! That's why I had to leave, and then to be charged extra is laughable. I should charge them for 6 month's worth of cold showers and aggro.

If I could give no stars I wolud. Big rip off they are just in it to steal your money they took the property off us and put it back on market and fefused to give £285 back, lloyd is about as much use as a wet tissue didn't even get back to us. We got back £50 as a good will gesture (good will my ar**) will never use or recommend them ever.🤬

I was trying to book a viewing for a property but they never back to me, property is still vacant so..... not sure if they even trying to care about their customers. Even live chat does not help :) they promised to call from propal branch and never done it! Terrible time waisters! Not recommended at all!
JNP Lettings are more focused on their bottom line than thinking about their customers. As a customer of JNP, they regularly made unprofessional mistakes, with little to no communication to their client.
