Do not rent through JNP!! They charge the most expensive set up fees in excess of £699 and when the deal falls through and JNP have done nothing!!! They keep all the money , not a bad profit for doing jack ****

Agree with Luke and Sophie. I wish I have read about the reviews last year before renting with them. Never had so much stress living anywhere, and I have always been very careful looking after the properties as much as I can. This is the worst experience we have had with any company. If you are reading this review, please make sure you avoid them. When I have some time I will write down the details about our experience. I wish I can at least save somebody from repeating what we have been through.

Unbelievably incompetent. Lloyd does not have a care in the world. He was asked to sort out prospective tenants suitability and credit checks on a Monday, but when I called on the Wednesday, ' he was hoping to get round to it later in the day!'. His management do not manage, but then probably have no concept of the meaning. And they still want a £1100 for their lazy pompous attitude. Why did I go with them, their sales colleagues in Prestwood are fantastic.

This estate agents are the worst I have ever dealt with. Not only are they horrendous at getting back to you during a difficult situation but they are incredibly rude. In the last year of my contract they have made every effort to make everything difficult for me and my family who lived in their property. Even on moving into the property they had not given the house a professional clean as promised and previous tenants had left items in the garden which they still hadn't moved by the end of our tenancy. We still have no idea how much they are taking off our deposit because there is constantly a break down in communication and they gave myself, my brother and my husband a horrendous review for our next estate agents claiming that 'we were appalling tenants' and that they needed to bring in pest control which is completely untrue. They didn't even allow us to make sure the house was professionally cleaned at check out, even with us asking if we could even pay for an extra days rent to make this possible. I have never been so outraged or upset with an estate agents in my life and they have done nothing but make our lives a misery. Please do not use them, it will give you more stress than you've bargained for.

Just to be clear, this is a review regarding JNP Lettings. Over the 8 years of renting across the country I have not had such a bad tenancy experience. From the moment we moved in we've had to chase them for every little thing. Felt like we did their job for them. The team is highly under qualified and poorly trained but most of all - they do not care about you. If you are renting with them, check your tenants rights as they won't follow theirs. We spent a year being treated like second class citizens and we do not wish this to anyone. It was a stressful and unpleasant year. Quick advise to JNP staff - don't work in customer service sector if you don't like or care about other people. Now that we are home owners, we will at no cost ever advertise with JNP and will make sure to share this with many people in the area.

Con artists who have literally no care in the world for tenants.
