We have just exchanged our contracts, Emma from “The JNP” is our estate agent and really lives up to the name! She has been very proactive, friendly, available, hardworking and also seems to actually care about her customers on the buying and selling sides. This is a big difference from other local estate agents and we would recommend her.

We have bought a house through JnP (completing tomorrow!) and from start to finish they have been excellent. If anyone has the pleasure of working with Emma Cross there they are in very capable hands. We had a prolonged buying process (through various delays with solicitors and nothing to do with JnP) and I am in serious doubt this would have gone through without Emma's stewardship. My boyfriend and I are first time buyers and have been looking for a house around High Wycombe and we saw one we really liked the look of. We were nervous about using an estate agent again after a hideous experience with another local agents in High Wycombe this week, but the anxiety soon disappeared after talking to the lovely Caroline who was the epitome of professional and so lovely to talk to at the same time. When we went to view the house we met the lovely Lisa, again who was the epitome of professional, she had check sheets and knew a lot about the area, unlike the previous agents we went to to put an offer in on a different house!! I really hope we get to complete with JNP as our experience so far has been a walk in the park and we know how stressful buying is, but I know with the people at JNP it will be so less stressful. I don’t normally do reviews, but sometimes I have to and on this occasion it’s definitely one worth doing if it helps others in our situation!!

Proactive and professional. Originally put my home on the market with another agent in early March and, eight weeks in, the number of viewings was drying up and there was no sniff of an offer. Switched to JNP in early May, and within 4 weeks they had showed to over 30 prospective buyers and I received a great offer which I have accepted. All the team at JNP have been really dedicated and helpful - particular praise to Martin who has been excellent at providing updates and feedback, and Ella who has been involved from the start and has kept in touch and been very proactive.

Lisa Smith from Sales at JNP was really helpful. She explained the entire process to us and was extremely understanding and helpful when we were negotiating the offers on the property that we have bought. There was an element of trust and we appreciated that! She was excellent in answering our questions and going to the vendor and then coming back to us very promptly. We are very pleased with the service we received from JNP sales. Emma Cross in the Sale Progression team was amazing. She went absolutely above and beyond her call of duty. She gets great pleasure it getting her work done efficiently and it shows. I spoke to her everyday from the point of getting the documents transferred, exchanging contract. It was extremely stressful for us as we had to exchange and complete prior to 30th June 2021. Emma was an angel and a star, she went through the journey with us and did more than her job! Excellent service from Emma Cross and it is needed to ensure that the transition happens and communications takes places between all parties.

So far JNP (Nathan in particular) have been absolutely amazing. They are Friendly, Responsive, Professional. Everything you get told estate agents aren't!! Being a first time seller I had lots of questions and not once was I made to feel silly for asking. My house was valued and up on the market in 48 hours with bookings booked, which was astounding to me. If only JNP provided their AMAZING services to wider area! Would definitely recommend and use them again
