Where do we start? There are so many positives to say about JNP and particular our house angel, Caroline. She is the epitome of professionalism, caring as well as passionate about her job. We had gone through a horrible experience with another agency and were at rock bottom with zero hope and trust in estate agencies. Oh, we were so wrong! Caroline not only lifted out spirits when things got tricky, but she went the extra mile, and more, to get us where we are today - with our dream home! I’m 1-day away from completion, and honestly it’s all thanks to Jan C at JNP in High Wycombe. As a first-time buyer, I found the progress very daunting, but Jan provided a superb service throughout the whole process, and she was the key to keeping the sale moving along. She was very friendly and professional, and she was always on the ball with my conveyancers. She actually listened to my concerns at various points of the sale and was always on hand to answer my questions. Shout-out to Charlotte S too, for making me fall in love with the place as soon as I went to the viewing with her - she seemed genuinely excited for me, and she inspired me with the property in an instant. Lisa was prompt and quickly registered my offer, keeping me informed every step of the way until my offer was accepted. I would recommend buying a property through JNP High Wycombe, but would suggest researching conveyancers around the area as I found “JNP Conveyancing” quite difficult to deal with at times (but note, they are separate to JNP in High Wycombe)

The whole team at JNP have been truly amazing from Nathan who did the valuation to Christina who has been organising all the viewings. Christina has been amazing throughout the whole process, keeping us updated and informed every step of the way on the progress of the sale of the property. It’s has been an absolute pleasure to have JNP represent the sale of the property and I recommend them to others thinking of selling. A massive thank you Christina, you are a credit to JNP!
