I would like to thank the staff of JNP for their service in the process of selling our house. I would specifically like to thank Janet Chandler , the sales progressor. Between one thing and another, our sale was very hard and extremely time consuming to get to exchange. Janet spent a long time dealing with everyone in the chain, was very patient with all the problems thrown up (of which there were many!) and helped us all the way. We got to exchange by the skin of our teeth prior to the Xmas shut down . This was 12 midday on 23/12/22 and exchange was 10.30 am. At 9 am, no-one was even sure exchange would happen! Thank you Janet . You were constructive in helping JNP earn every penny of their fee. Would we recommend JNP . Yes we would! Thanks everyone

As a tenant through JNP, I've had a great experience, special shout-outs to Gesica and Mia who've both been a joy to work with. Mia helped my with getting the flat I rent and was amazing at sorting all the paperwork bits and getting the property decorated to my tastes before moving in. Also, I reported an issue with my washing machine to Gesica earlier this week and she was so prompt at organised someone coming to repair it; it was all fixed within 24 hours!

I can only comment on some aspects as my experience is limited to phone calls and viewing properties. But with what I have experienced so far, it is nothing short of customer service, professionalism, viewing assistance and getting an amazing service in general. My specific thanks, gratitude and credit goes towards Caroline D, Carla F and Janet C who have been an absolute star. I'm sure the whole of JNP staff are amazing but I want to be dealing with these to in particular in the future. These three specifically have helped me like no other.

Met with Christina Grima to view a property. She was extremely welcoming & had detailed answers ready for all of the questions we had asked. Following our offer on the property she was very prompt in delivering updates to us and ensured that the whole process was as seamless as possible. Cannot recommend enough!

JNP made the process pain free and relaxed. They kept me up to date all the way through. A pleasure doing business with the Team.

Lisa and Jan at JNP were superb to us and really helped make a very long and stressful move a lot easier, always respond ASAP and did a lot of chasing for us making it 10 times easier. Cant thank them enough :)

Amazing estate agents. Clear concise contact throughout, and were able to sell my property that had been on the market over a year with a previous estate agent, almost instantly! Highly recommended! Can’t thank them enough!

Sold my flat through JNP using Lisa Smith and Ross Forder as the agents and I’m so pleased I did. Everything that could go wrong with my sale did (due to the incompetence of outside parties) but these guys were on it every day. Therefore, I highly recommend them as they’re professional, great communicators and incredible supportive during a very stressful process. The whole way through from the day it goes on sale to completion they kept me up to date without the need to chase them. They doggedly persisted in chasing outside parties no matter how many obstacles are thrown in last minute (by the incompetence of others) and I truly believe my sale wouldn’t have happened without both of them being on the case all the time, going well beyond my expectations. They were even there with a supportive ear whenever I needed reassurance. Great service throughout on a particularly time conscious sale, our house sold within a matter of days with several offers having been put forward to us. Matt was knowledgeable and professional, Jan was great helping with sales progression throughout and Caroline was so personable and just an absolute pleasure to speak with from start to finish….. a big thank you from us both!
