I helped two young people get their first flat during the Lockdown. It was a complex negotiation because the owner was abroad. Through it all Andy O'Connor was incredibly helpful, patient, friendly and efficient. I am very grateful for his support, understanding and encouragement. And she managed to find us tenants within 3 days whereas four other letting agents did nothing for 5 months. Just wanted to say thank you to Natasha and her team (as well as the other Thanet branches) for their professional/user friendly service and support whilst finding us suitable rented accommodation. We had no previous experience of renting and were somewhat ‘stressed’ to say the least! They obviously had good communication within the team showing awareness of the needs of their clients.
