A bit disappointed with the communication between them like big company and me like tenant....

Poor communication. Wrong utility bills sent and long process to rectify issue, for example, water charges for first 2 months are whooping £200, obvious error, clearly visible on the bill, after 5 emails(3months) forth and back, still not resolved and payment being requested. Generally, they are not the worst agency out there but far from good one.NegativeProfessionalism

Poor customer service. Rarely help/reply/sort anything out

Spoke to an agent about a house for sale. He rang me back and said he'd left a message with the owners. That was seven weeks ago, and not a peep from him. Obviously making too much money during the lockdown...
