Absolutely dreadful on the rental front. Didn't reply to emails or Web requests about properties. Don't return phone calls, just terrible all round. When I went into the shop the girl I spoke with was not helpful in any way. Would give no stars but can't. I would NEVER let anyone I know touch them with a bargepole.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Poor sale info communication. Incompatible buyer viewings. Several deadicated sale progress advisors instead of one as we were told. When i called for info " We are not dealing with that now its with our sales progress advisor". Our latest one had left, leaving us chasing around staff to get information ..ended up calling the Deal branch to get them to contact Ramsgate. Only to be told our sale had fallen.through. Unrealistic hope of sale of our property to 'very keen buyers' , one of which was a cash buyer. Considerable wasted expense completing buyers demands. Only to have all 3 sales fall through. First call from M&B since November to 'Touch base' Nothing to do with Covid, Brexit or the weather, just an unsatisfying disappointing service. Not Recommend

Rarely reply to enquiries made via website until after property has gone. The one time I got an acknowledgment it was just a list of available properties including the one I had asked to view. When i rang i was told someone would call me back which they definitely did. I finally got someone to answer the phone regarding 1 property. I am always polite on the phone, I know it is not that person's fault for the lack of response. However, after explaining my circumstances and what I was looking for, she came across incredibly rude and snobby and I ended the call in tears. I have had previous dealings with Miles and Barr 10 years ago in which they got caught out over several things (which led to landlord dropping them and renting to me privately). However, suitable property is hard to find and that was a decade ago. Things appear to have not improved.
