Met Rebecca twice, and both times she was excellent—an absolutely lovely person to talk to. She made the viewing an actual experience rather than just a boring walk around an empty flat. Great communication, great knowledge about the flat, and unlike other agents, she actually talks about how you can see yourself living there—what your feelings are toward it, and so on.
