This is the first time we are renting through an agent. Martin & Co Leeds came to the rescue and gave us the best experience. We were looking for a home due to our landlord needing their home back. We were under quite a bit of pressure and running out of time, so when we viewed our new home, we were feeling quite stressed. Rebecca welcomed us to the property and showed us around. She was very warm and friendly and was able to answer any questions we had. When she called us to offer us the property, again I was quite overwhelmed but she was very patient with me and let me go to tell my husband the great news! And then she made the time to call me back to discuss the practical bits. At any point through this process, we have been able to contact her with any questions or concerns. She has been so helpful and wonderful and we can’t thank her enough. Any members of staff that we interacted with at the branch were also very kind and helpful. We can’t thank them enough for making what can be a long and stressful process so easy and straightforward. Thank you again!
