Polite and extremely helpful staff, was what we found when we used John Payne's office in Woolwich Road. The property being sold was empty and there were a few queries being asked by the utility offices, the staff at JP went to the property almost immediately, to help provide answers that were needed. This efficient and helpful service continued throughout the sale of the property and we would certainly recommend this company, especially Woolwich Road. Thank you for a calm and stressless sale.

The service in John Payne in Greenwich is absolutely fantastic. As we were trying to find a new apartment we came across John Payne and they helped us to find a perfect place. Levander was always there to help us with any questions or problems we had, with a very quick response time. Overall I'm really glad for their help and support.

John Payne (Greenwich branch), led by Nick and Sue, have been brilliant throughout the whole buying process. Actually, they were our vendor's agents, but they were far more helpful than our own estate agent. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always on hand to show us round, always willing to solve problems and answer questions and liaise between us and the vendor -- and they were unfailingly friendly and cheerful. They really helped to make a sometimes painful process much easier and less fraught. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

We have just bought our first property through John Payne and the experience could not have been better - the branch manager Susan Denny is absolutely brilliant to deal with, very communicative, very aware of client needs and understands the importance of keeping in contact throughout the process. There were a couple of wrinkles in our purchase and without Sue's help I have no doubt these would have been much harder to iron out. I would not hesitate to recommend John Payne in general, and Sue in particular, to potential buyers and sellers and when the time eventually comes to sell our flat, we will definitely be using John Payne to do so.

I've been dealing with Sam Wilkins on a house purchase for a few months and have genuinely enjoyed every interaction I've had had with him. He has great comms, he is honest, and so very patient. Sadly, the deal could not complete but I know Sam tried with every bit to get it to happen. He kept me in the loop at every step of the way.

Very professional service (especially if we compare to other professional agencies we came across in Greenwich). Apply to both letting agent and property manager Staff were available during our search for a property to let, understood our needs, and were helpful throughout. The property being managed, we also appreciate the service

We had a great experience dealing with John Payne during our property rental. Everyone was very nice and always helpful. They kept us in the loop about what was happening. The team at John Payne even helped out our first week when my partner got locked out and showed up at their office in bare feet, hoping for a key. The only thing we found a bit frustrating is how many different people we worked with. I think it may have been a bit easier for us if we could have built a relationship with only one or two agents, instead of five. We never knew who we were going to hear from, and the sharing of information was not fluid. Also, I went out of my way on a Sunday to drop some paperwork and my passport off (I was promised someone would be there to meet me) and the office was empty. I waited an hour and no one showed up or answered the phone. That was a bit annoying. Overall a pretty good experience though!
