'I would like to place on record my sincere thanks & appreciation for the work of Karl Bradley MIRPM, Senior Relationship Manager of Ringley Limited, Chartered Surveyors, Ringley House, 1 Castle Rd, London, NW18PR. Following the Grenfell Tower fire in 2017 Avante Court was subject to a fire risk examination and failed to achieve an adequate standard of safety for its External Wall System (EWS1). In addition an extensive programme of internal works was proposed following an internal fire risk examination. Karl was the key member of RIngley responsible for coordinating the work of all the interested parties including Persimmon, Minerva (contractor) and, of course, the Leaseholders. Karl succeeded in creating a highly efficient and effective system of information management in which all stakeholders were regularly informed of developments, decisions, responsibilities and issues culminating in the successful completion of the internal works. Karl posts regular newsletters via email informing lease holders of the times and places for new works. Finally, my wife and I are grateful that he has managed to secure funds from Persimmon to cover members contributions to the internal works - so they can be refunded! We wish Karl and his team good luck with the management and completion of the external works. David Williams'

Moving from a 1-bed to a 2-bed was made really easy by the ringley team at the depot, especially Joanne who went above a beyond making the transition as smooth as possible.
Joanne was very helpful into guiding me and giving me her advice moving into my first place especially with being younger she looked out for me with every aspect of the move in giving me different options and being very attentive and understanding of my situation, She allowed myself and family to have time to organise all the details and applications at our own pace nothing was rushed and we were given time and the utmost patience by her I can’t thank Joanne enough for her professionalism and helpfulness during the whole process.

Excellent service from Liam (Langley Square, Dartford) I had an issue with a unknown car which had parked in my space for over 1 week. I was quite stressed about this as there is no other available parking in my development except your allocated parking space. I contacted Liam our site manager who responded to the issue straight away. He supported me with escalating to the issue to the council and also arranging for temporary parking. Liam went the extra mile to find resolution which I really appreciate. Thank you very much!
Excellent in supporting in an emergency at an issue in amity court. Jess and Mike came straight over when I contacted on a Friday night following a leak due to a burst pipe. I’m impressed with how organised and professional they were supporting the issue after hours. Jess continued to support the following day sorting out contractors to get the issues sorted on the Saturday and kept me informed constantly Five star service and support

I own a property at Langley Square on a Ringley managed development and have unfortunately had lots of problems with my developer but Liam Washington at Ringley as the Estate Manager has been really supportive and I’ve definitely seen the service improve 10 fold since he started. I don’t have too much I can feedback on Ringley specifically, but they seem to have a zero policy tolerance on any leasehold compliance failures of residents/renters which as an owner I really appreciate.
