I’m not normally one to write reviews but I felt like I really want to give credit where credits due to our contact at Ringley, Disha. It’s such a relief to have a member of staff that does exactly what she says she will do, calls when she says she will, actions/ chases up things she promises to & is always contactable! Love they way she doesn’t blind you with building management speak aswell! She’s an asset to Ringley! If you are in a ringley building .. I hope you get her!
I have used Ringley in few business opportunity’s which proved to be very successful. I found staff and management very sincere and helpful.
Having known Ringley for over 20 years if I need to professional advice on any residential property issue I rely on their advice being correct, legally up to date and ahead of any competition others would consider. I have recommended Ringley to friends who have needed direction and advice on some of the more unusual matters involving residential matters in and about London.
We used Ringley for a lease extension for our property. The team was very professional and efficient throughout the full process, regularly keeping us updated with progress, and ultimately negotiated a good position and outcome on our behalf. Would definitely recommend them for this type of work.
Very helpful & courteous. Would recommend
Great customer excellent service.
Cant say much for Ringley. However, our cleaner Maria who cleans the block (Dartford) is very kind and always does a great job. 5 stars for Maria
My initial review mentioned that Josh has been great so far with quick replies. This was before we moved in. Since moving in, numerous issues have not been resolved and emails have been ignored or replied to after weeks. Can do much better to address tenants concerns. Overall unprofessional service.
To begin with, working with Ringley was great, the property is nice and the journey to get the property to let was good. Everything was digital which was useful as someone trying to get the property while I was travelling. However when I got to the property, I found that the heating did not work in the living room and the internet was deactivated. These were solved with some urgency, though there should not be anyway that the property ended up like this before I got here, and they had 2-3 weeks of the property being vacant before I started the rent. I have ended up with issues surrounding car parking that still exist 20 days after the rent started, with no resolution in sight. Overall, it seems like there is an urgency to get people into the rental properties and the problems they encounter have no real processes and timely resolution.
