Clearly a bunch of shysters that will hopefully be put out of business before too long.
One of the worst customer service I had to deal with. I was sending couple of emails in a row to general manager but all of them were ignored. They don't help with any issues as suppose to. I would never recommend this company to anyone
Extremely poor. They manage our block in Tufnell Park and don't vet the quality of contractors etc, so reported works just never get dealt with. Not sure why we pay them (other than to send out invoices and chasers).
I would actually seriously consider not buying a property if I found out Ringley's were the managing agents. They are absolutely appalling and dreadfully unprofessional and incompetent. Whoever uses them should get in the auditors - in my opinion they are little more than thieves.
What it's like to be a tenant: In an emergency you call their office. They tell you they've not managed your property for 3 years which you know is a lie but they persist and tell you they don't know who manages it now. This is one story of MANY. I've never experienced a company so consistently incompetent.
Prospective homeowners beware! This management company is extremely slow (if ever) in fixing the issues present in their 'managed' properties. Avoid them like the plague if you are not already saddled with them. Their managers are experts at buck-passing and are rude/irritated when you have the temerity of chasing them up by phone or email. All the positive reviews here are from their suppliers, which makes sense since the only service that they ever provide is mailing you the bill for the management payment, a service that they provide terribly. I would give them no stars if possible, but sadly this is not to be.
Avoid this company if you can. They work closely with property development companies to grow their portfolio. This puts the interest of tenants a secondary mission. The development where I bought a plot had many significant issues which Ringley refused to address with the builders even within the 2 year insured period. In the end, they were voted out and had their contracts withdrawn. Good riddance!
Appalling, dishonest, negligible, rude, irresponsible and incompetent - "If you are looking to buy an apartment and you find out Ringley's are the management then keep looking! The residents of our building have gone through hell with Ringley's and hopefully our petition will get rid of them soon." We have been charged 5 times to fix the same door because no one from Ringley comes to inspect contractors works. Same true of electronic gates (now in double figures). They take months to respond to the simplest repairs, we had live wires at head height where someone had knocked off the security light, 8 weeks plus it took to get someone out. Just steer clear! No one in our building can understand why they are still allowed to be trading.
