I have lived in the property I rent through Lenwells for 7 years and have dealt with Julia from day one. She is always ready to help and deals with any issues promptly. The latest problem I had was sorted on the day I contacted her.

Lenwell have been managing our property while we are living abroad. They keep us uptl to date with things and the rent arrives on time every month. When there is a probelm they contact us immediately and deal with it accordingly.

Excellent support and advice

As a multi-landlord I value the prompt and thoughtful letting service from the Negotiators managed by Richard in the Luton Office. The Property Management team based at Luton are also excellent. I really could praise them all but I particularly deal with Kellie, Julia and Lisa. They are pro-active and I value their advice and opinions especially when there are problems. When we have had problems either with a property maintenance issue or on a few occasions with a tenant, the staff have been a great help to me. I rented a property from lenwell and from start to finish they were brilliant. The staff are all very professional and very helpful throughout the process. The property was very clean and all maintenance issues were fixed quickly. I have rented from other agents before and would only use lenwell in the future.
