This was my first experience to rent an apartment in the Manchester.I received excellent service and support from Jess Miles . She was very helpful and professional .Really thankful to her . Also I would like to thank David Land with whom I have been co-ordinating since last few days for getting my lease extended . I am very pleased with the quick turnaround and the way David had been co-ordinating with the landlord and keeping me updated. Will Definitely recommend Martin and Co for all those who are looking for renting property in Manchester . Many Thanks

I relocated from Milnrow to Manchester after selling my house- I sold through Martin & Co and then rented through the city centre office. Would recommend both branches for being very helpful and understanding during a stressful time

Had a massive leak into my apartment. Julie Houghton was very helpful, organised temp accommodation and the clean up was organised so that I wasnt displaced for more than a week. Recommend julie houghton for all tenants if they have any issues

So far, so good. This was the first time moving for me, and I was helped along the journey. This is coming to the end of my first week of renting the property and no problems to this date. I cannot compare this to anyone else, but I can't complain either! Thanks Martin&Co
