Very pleased with the service from Martin & Co. They were thorough, knew the market exactly and kept me fully informed. They had a good tenant for my property very quickly and coordinated the changeover perfectly. I really feel that they looked after both tenant and landlord interests faultlessly. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly use Martin & Co again.

I have used Martin & Co since 2006 to manage 2 properties in Manchester. They have been helpful, responsive and professional at all times. Any issues are quickly dealt with and the staff are polite and helpful. This has been important to me as I live in Australia and cannot be onsite to check how things are going. In 2014/15 Martin & Co found buyers for my 2 properties for realistic sale prices. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin & co to other landlords.

I stumbled across Martin & Co whilst finding myself let down very badly by a previous letting company last minute. They were more then happy to help me out. Viewings were arranged immediately, where other agents weren't so helpful and their fees ended up being cheaper too! Any issues in regards to the flat were dealt with immediately. I have used many letting agents, none of which have responded so fast to any enquires. It comes as no surprise that I am currently renewing my contract.
