Initially they were just starting up and didn't get things right all the time, despite being keen and hardworking. However, now that they are established and have sufficient experienced and very capable staff, they are brilliant!

In our experience, they respond to urgent queries very fast and send their contractors to fix stuff on the same day if they believe an issue to be an emergency. (What constitutes an emergency is another matter. There must be a list somewhere.) Their staff is always polite and responsive. Those who write negative reviews should probably understand that there's so much the agency can do if your landlord is reluctant to do his part. Martin & Co have been pretty good at negotiating with ours on our behalf, I think. Overall, this has been a mixed experience - but mostly because of our landlord, not the agency. I have used Martin & Co since 2006 to manage 2 properties in Manchester. They have been helpful, responsive and professional at all times. Any issues are quickly dealt with and the staff are polite and helpful. This has been important to me as I live in Australia and cannot be onsite to check how things are going. In 2014/15 Martin & Co found buyers for my 2 properties for realistic sale prices. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin & co to other landlords.

Again surprised at the negative comments made on here. I am a landlord and Martin&Co - Manchester Central look after all of my flats. They provide an excellent service, providing me with a detailed statement each month. The proof of the excellent service is that in all the years I have had Martin&Co - Manchester Central let out my properties there has not been a day where it hasn't been let out. A very professional run outfit with minimum of fuss. Keep up the good work..
