We went to collect our keys and sign the tenancy of which was a speedy process and they even let us obtain them earlier than our initial appointment, which was more convenient for us. When I have emailed the administration team for details such as the meter reads I have recieved them back in a very timely manner and haven't had to chase them up. Much better agency than my previous one.

Joe Savage dealt with my tenancy renewal and he was fantastic, there were some problems whilst we were applying but Joe managed to deal with them quickly and efficiently. However having been with Martin and Co 6 months before I can say they are a very difficult agency to deal with. Communication is a real problem in that office and some of the staff I have had to deal with have been very difficult. If I had worked with Joe from the beginning I would be able to give 5 stars but because of the service I have received over the last 6 months it has to be 3.

Never replies to emails

I've edited this review because Julie contacted me to acknowledge by comments, which was, in fairness, very professional and very much appreciated from my side. But overall, I did unfortunately have a fairly negative experience with Martin & Co. The extra star is for how the leaving process was handled and the follow-up call.
