As a current tennant I had a seemless move in with the application process being simple and quick. The issues that definitely need improving are communication with tenants and resolving issues much quicker when they are logged. However Joe Savage is the saviour of the review in that I spoke to him about the maintenance issue and another contract issue and within a couple of hours had resolved both issues! He was informative, polite and incredibly helpful and kept me informed of the progress of both issues. I would use Martin & Co Lettings for future rental properties if only for Joe Savage.

We have had a positive experience renting a property in the Northern Quarter, Manchester, through Martin & Co. The agency fees were cheaper than other agencies and the sign up process was relatively easy. Once in the flat any furniture that needed replacing was replaced within days of moving into the flat and was all brand new and to a good standard. We have had no problems or any hassle from Martin & Co since moving in and have been allowed to enjoy our stay in the flat peacefully. I would certainly recommend Martin & Co to others looking to rent in Manchester.
