My contact was Claudette Cole who always kept me updated during the whole process and did most of what the solicitors should have been doing to complete the sale.

"The house that we were selling was that of my late brother-in-law. Obviously, the loss of a close family member is very upsetting. Claudette was great at keeping us informed and called us every week to provide an update. Just sold my property with Ryder and Dutton. Claudette looked after me throughout, I have given 4 stars as I couldn't always get through on the phone, however, Claudette always responded quickly via e-mail and provided 5 stars service personally.

Overall a good experience, a minor issue at the start where there was incorrect information displayed about the room sizes on the property (down to sales) and if the market was not as buoyant it could have put some people off. Once we were into viewings things went smoothly and Claudette then handled the rest, I found here to be easy to work with and communication was good. Due to having what I perceive as the largest database and client list for this area I believe they are the go to estate agent when selling your property.

Claudette was extremely helpful with the sale of my property. It was a stressful time as the house belonged to my parents and my dad had passed away. The sale took longer than expected due to communication with solicitors and Claudette was able to manage the sale well.
