Stressful experience however good service from the estate agent. Lisa Royle was my contact and she was extremely efficient and helpful. Always responded to emails and phone calls and helped chase up solicitors to keep the process moving. Solicitors often expect that you understand the process of selling a property. Lisa would always explain and help me to understand the process better. Definately my "go to person" when feeling frustrated. She also kept me updated constantly. She is dedicated and an asset to Ryder and Dutton. Thank you Lisa

We have sold 2 houses over the years they are very professional and all the staff work very hard to sell your property as soon as they can

Called up yesterday to see if we could view a house either yesterday, and the lady said no as they were busy which was fair enough, what annoyed me is the arrogance of the woman, and the fact she didn’t even bother to ask if we would like to book for another day. 2/11/2018 Have spoken to the Branch and happy with the response and communication I have had with them, it’s been very professional , will gladly deal with them in the near future.

Sale took too long and somehow it was assumed we were living in the property we were selling and all mail went to the wrong postal address. Otherwise courteous and responsive when asked for assistance of information
