poor service. staff really need to sort out the way they talk to their customers and need to learn to help full to any body and any deferent country would go 0 stars if i could.

Thanks you for your feedback, we appreciate all feedback both good and bad in order for us to strive to improve our service. We offer all our landlords Rent and Legal cover subject to satisfactory credit and reference checks. Whilst we offer all applicants every assistance, unfortunately we do have to adhere to the reference providers criteria. I understand that the one of my colleagues has spoken to you since your review and you have confirmed that you no longer wish to proceed with your application for our property as you have since found a more suitable property.

Very disappointed with the service provided by mortgage adviser Sarah Morgan. Because of her incompetence, we lost the house we had a higher offer on. It took her a week to do the research to get us a mortgage and at the end she just emailed saying she couldn't find us a deal. She then spoke to an estate agent Pat on our behalf and told her we don't have mortgage. That's how we lost the property, they both knew I wanted so much. As soon as received that email from Sarah, I applied to another mortgage adviser, who got us a mortgage in principle within the same day. However, it was too late. Sarah wasted our time, claiming she was busy. It was impossible to get through her phone. She knew the vendor was waiting for mortgage in principle, but she couldnt prioritise her workload correctly, which made us lose the house we wanted. Very unprofessional and incompetent..

As Advisers, we always aim to offer the highest level of customer service, and it is always regrettable when a customer feels they have not had the care they were entitled to.
