Hi I’ don’t normally leave reviews but I have to say for the past 6 months been trying to find a house we finally seen one with Whitegates estate agents and I’m so happy ,,,I forgot to get the ladies full name but she called Julie and what a great lady totally a credit to Whitegates really good customer service takes time to talk to us to find out our needs so definitely keep her at your company,,,I would also say the staff I spoke to on the phone in the Newark office were very good to actually seemed bothered sadly did nt get there names but also very helpful and wish all the estate agents in last 6 months were this good and hopefully we think we found a house which is totally down to Julie as she listened to us 1 house wasn’t quite right but she came back with hopefully the one we will hopefully be moving into so very very happy with Whitegates Newark branch your staff definitely go the extra mile

I've seen 3 properties with Julie in the last week and she has been very helpful and understanding of our situation. We've been struggling to find somewhere because we have a dog and she has gone out of her way to look for places and call me up when she found somewhere suitable for us. She was very welcoming and friendly and explained the pros and cons of the property to us and was more than happy to answer our questions. Went for a viewing today at Lincoln road. Met Julie who was showing us the house, absolutely lovely women she showed us everything and went through it all and explained things out really well. She made me and my friend feel really comfortable and definitely made me and my friend want to rent the house.
