If there was an option for 0 stars, I wouldn't even give them the satisfaction for 1 star. Absolutely appalling letting agents when it comes to the deposit. Leaving a property ALOT cleaner than moving in, warrants £200 being deducted for a clean? Agents didn't want to be specific as to what actually needs cleaning just told us to take it further with the deposits claim. Unhelpful, unfair, would not recommend.

HI. We do have a policy that when a pet has been in a property the carpets need to be cleaned after you leave. We have been specific - it was £65 for the house clean and £129 for the carpets to be cleaned throughout. Shouting at our staff doesn't change photographs and a signed inventory. I'm happy to address genuine grievances - but this isn't one.

Shocking service from these agents!! Don’t show up to viewings & not honest when talkin with the client. Such poor service..Should be ashamed how they treat people.. 😡😡😡😱

Stay away from this company my auntie was supposed to be viewing a flat today which was arranged last week They knew that she was living in temporary accommodation she's 83 And last minute they rang to say the property was gone . Very unprofessional and rude staff don't seem to know what there doing

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, as we tried to point out yesterday, we cannot hold properties for every viewing. The property had been on the market for 3 weeks and a tenancy was arranged prior to your Aunts viewing. We did try to arrange an alternate property for your relation, but after accosting and verbally abusing my staff in the street, it was decided that it be best not to proceed

Hopeless! Waited for 2 days and nobody returned my calls, was then told the manager was Unwell, a professional business would have someone check his diary and contact his customers explaining the situation rather than just ignore them

I understand that you are frustrated - but we are unable to guarantee a viewing with less than 24 hours notice. Asked for a valuation on my house. Initial appointment cancelled on the day due to 'IT turnover'. Estate agent offered a desktop valuation. Following a complete renovation a valuation clearly needs to be carried out in person. Emailed to rebook and have never heard back. Appalling service, avoid.

I have attended viewing for a 2 bed flat but I was declined for no reason. Why? Unexpectedly, I have no idea. Also requirements to rent a flat is bizzare which they aren't interested to provide it in advertising and everything you need to figure out on your own. Like if they know fixed info, why you don't provide it? They waste people's time and money.
