Great service
This is my first experience of dealing with a letting agent. Julia has been friendly, professional and helpful at all times. The process of securing a tennancy was incredibly quick and efficient. She is very knowledgable about the service Northwood provide. Any questions she could not answer immediately, she found out the answer and replied very promptly. I would highly recommend Julia to anyone requiring an agent.

Very helpful to a first time landlord
As a first time landlord I have found the Northwood team so helpful. Everything has been explained clearly and the staff have been very patient, as I dithered about not really knowing what I wanted to do! All communications have been prompt and I am very happy with the service given.

Excellent Service from an Excellent Organisation
As a landlord renting out property it can be an extremely stressful time so when I heard about Northwood guarantee letting scheme I made enquires, from the first phone call then through out the whole tenancy agreement Northwood have been absolutely fantastic, they have been professional, friendly and nothing has been too much trouble for them. I have now put a second property of mine on the guaranteed letting scheme as I am so happy with their service and I wouldn't consider renting any other way now. Finally as an Organisation Northwood value their customers, listen to their feedback and place their customers satisfaction at the heart of their business. I can not recommend this Organisation enough, they are brilliant.

excellent service from start to finish
This has been my first experience with Northwood and would certainly recommend them to friends and family. I have been communicating with Julia in particular and have always found her very professional and knowlegable at all times. She has answered any questions promptly and helped me with documents etc when I was unsure of what was needed to complete my application. Rental of property 167 Prince Consort Road
Julia has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process of us renting our first home together :) everything was done so quickly we couldn't believe it and she answered any queries we had perfectly and thank you so much for her putting up with Shaun and myself always calling at seperate times and working around our opposite work schedules so it was easy for both of us to attend meetings, viewings etc.

Great Agents with expert local knowledge
I can not rate these guys and girls in the west road branch high enough, Everyone we have had contact with has been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our house sale has its extra challenges from our pets to area, but these have been met with positive solutions rather than can't do! We made the mistake of putting our house for sale with a well known online agent and the differences between them and Northwood could not be more apparent. Thank you very much for your help and continuing updates.
