Very unprofessional Chloe Webber the so called letting manager shouldn’t be a manager she was so unprofessional and rude calling me a liar about an email that was sent from her so much so I had to email it back to her to show her when she just couldn’t own up to her mistake and apologise I would never use again and recommend to stay clear

Very bad communication, not responding to emails, not answering phone calls, took ages to get my deposit. They asked me to pay council tax after I left the property which was completely shocking,lost confidence dealing with them.

Will force you out of your home after advising the landlord to up the rent and try to squeeze as much money as they can out of tenants. Communication is pointless , unless you are a landlord they will treat you worse than a priest to a choir boy.

Disappointing customer service! Tried to contact this particular branch to arrange viewings 4 times within a month or so for different properties on 2 different letting websites as well as through their own website, not one reply came back. Shame...

Still wating for the repayment of my deposit, three months after leaving the property. They aren´t responding to my emails, and when they have done it has been very rudely and unpolitely. I think they stop caring as soon as you stop paying rent to their landlords.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
