Avoid whenever possible. Don't trust whatever they said and promised. They never fix anything and stole my deposit. Such a disgraceful company should by punished. It's really a shame.

Honestly, why this agency come up to the market and play badly to citizens. I emailed them to ask deposit amount, they didn't reply, I called them, they say we will email u the amount, after a week later, I just gave up and went straight to their face, and they said he's not there, can we give you a call.. Come on, I just wanna figure out the money and pay, is that thing so hard to be carry on! U just waste ppls time and money! I really wanna give u zero star but I can't.

Absolute Garbage. I would rather be homeless than deal with them again. If anything breaks in the flat, its always your fault an they threaten to charge you for it. Flat inspectors just show up without any notice and when you tell them you can't nicely, they started being disrespectful towards you. AVOID AT ANY COST

We have not received our deposit back almost 3 months of moving out. We don't even know why they just lost contact with us. We have to go via Tenancy deposit protection scheme and perhaps the courts depending on the outcome. We paid our rent, left the property in a good condition. I'm writing this review to make people aware our contract has been breached and we have no sign of our money. Avoid. An update they tried to claim 60% of our deposit with scandalous lies the adjudicators gave them 6%. There is Justice!!!

Dreadful. Their sales staff seemed alright/polite etc but as soon as you've signed a contract as a tenant it's downhill from there. We have not had a single problem fixed efficiently, follow up phone calls by us are always required 3-4 weeks after reporting an issue, to find that the right information wasn't passed on, so nothing was done. There has not been an exception to this messing around, it's the norm. Avoid like the plague if you're a tenant, take a chance with one of Nottingham's other estate agents who may be less awful.

Unfortunately the service was really bad. I have been trying to get my deposit sorted for 6 months and still going..... I regret making any kind of contract with them

It takes months of emails for anything to get repaired and, when finally completed, the work is extremely poor. No heating last winter, no hot water for over a week, broken oven for over a month. New boiler leaked gas which led to having to call an emergency gas man out. Would not recommend!

it is the worst,slowest,unhelpful agency. I had very big problem with this agency.I STRONGLY do not recommend Martin&Co...If I had a chance,I would give 0 star for them !!!

Worst Company ever. Please trust the reviews and don't go with them I ignored the reviews and had to pay the price. They will not help you in anyway what so ever. They have the worst customer service. When I moved in the house the oven and Cooking hob shorted out the electricity and I could not cook as it was electric. it took them 2 weeks to sort that out by sending them thousands of emails and calling everyday. In the end they also took huge amount of money from my deposit without any reason. they are clearly gonna charge you so much money practically they are stealing. Please trust all the reviews and never do business with this company even if you have to live on the street its gonna be better then getting anything from them. Worst Worst Worst company ever.
