Marketing, referencing and financial checks are undertaken with pace and urgency complemented by professional advertising and a user friendly website. This has ensured my property has been continually occupied with regular income. Overall an excellent service of whom I would highly recommend.

A treasure find for any distant landlord!

I had been with a national company who not only neglected the tenants (and I lost a few) but me as a landlord. When I decided to change I wanted to 'go local'. From the minute I called Chelsey and Simon they made me feel like they were the company that would look after the property even though I lived more than 200 miles away. I have been with Absolute a while now and do not even think about the property, tenants or any problems. If they phone me with a problem, eg washing machine, they have already got a solution and a price. Before, with the other agent I had ' washing machines broke, what do ya wanna do about it'. Fantastic Service!

This is a much overdue review having sold my property back in April. Moving and setting up my new home has taken up the majority of my spare time however I feel like I must recommend Simon Fisher and his team at Absolute to anyone looking for an agent when buying or selling a property. Excellent service and very helpful!

I have used Simon and his team for 2 years. Initially I used Absolute to rent my property. They were excellent and found me two tenants over the two years without any problems. Any little issues in relation to the maintenance of the property or servicing of utilities was dealt with efficiently and rapidly, At the same time I was also trying to sell the property and they continuously kept me updated in relation to market value fluctuations and trends. My property was promoted regularly to increase interest and they gave numerous showings. I was eventually made an offer and the sale went through within 6 weeks with the Absolute team keeping me regularly updated.. I would recommend them to any prospective landlord or vendor. Excellent professional service

Matheu, Simon, Frank & the team provided an excellent professional & friendly service from first contact to completion. The solicitors & purchaser were contacted regularly & we were kept fully informed during all stages of the process. Absolute went above & beyond our expectations visiting one of the vendors at home (they had broken their hip) to witness their signature & then delivering the completed contracts to the solicitors on the same day.
