First Buy to Let Experience
Right from our initial enquiry, Absolute (Frank) was extremely helpful and supportive and gave useful advice through-out, fully understanding our requirements and pointing us in the right direction throughout and suggesting a number of properties to view. From offer stage on the property we purchased Absolute were always helpful and efficient through to completion and this has continued with the Letting Management process which has been made pretty much hassle free with tenants having been found pretty much straight away. Absolute have been helpful, friendly and efficient throughout!

A1 Customer service from Absolute Sales and Lettings, Wellswood, Torquay,
Dear Reader I contacted Absolute Sales and Lettings a few days ago and spoke to Mrs Debbie Kelly who registered me immediately. She also arranged viewings for me soon after with Mr Mike Bettesworth. Mrs Kelly then sent me separate emails for the three consecutive viewings, including the full address, the exact time of each viewing, and the agent’s name. I found this level of communication very professional and practical and it left me with a very good first impression of the company. The following is my first impression with the abovementioned names so far. They were both very polite, welcoming, knowlegable, helpful, gentle in their approach, with a quiet confidence that they would be able to find a property for me within my budget without trying to convince me to raise it. I was accompanied with my entire family to view three properties consecutively on Monday 27 Feb. Even though, I am the buyer, Mr Bettesworth interacted with all of them and addressed their comments and feed backs, including them in the viewing process, which was a sign of respect to both my family and I. Not only were we not rushed during the three viewings, to my delight ample time was allotted to each one, with Mr Bettesworth immediately taking me back again to my favourite property for a second viewing. What made this move on his part priceless to me was that he suggested it himself, without my need to request it, in order to address a concern I had straight away rather than leaving it for another time. This is what I consider as superb service and a genuine display to address a customer’s concerns immediately, thus helping them to reach a more informed decision on the viewed properties without unnecessary delays, saving time for both the customer and the agent. Based on my expressed wishes to Mr Bettesworth at the end of the appointment to view my favourite property again this Saturday, to that avail Mrs Kelly made a follow up phone call the day after the viewing, as she was concerned that the Saturday diary may be filling up fast. Again, I found this level of consideration and service very commendable. Unlike some estate agents, she was gentle in her approach and when I conveyed that I had changed my mind about the property altogether, she did not get into a debate with me and just simply respected my decision. I found her approach extremely refreshing and pleasing. In short, she gained my trust and confidence that as a BUYER I will be looked after and that I am just as important and as relevant as is a VENDOR. My feelings and opinions were respected and validated at all times by both staff members of Absolute Sales and Lettings. I strongly recommend this Firm whether you are a vendor or a Buyer. I hope that this agency will be able to help find my "ideal Home", ever confidant that they will maintain the same standards of professionalism as outlined above throughout this somewhat stressful process. In conclusion, I trust that the company director, Mr Daren Hole, will take note of this letter of appreciation by acknowledging the value of the staff mentioned above accordingly. House sale
Had our house valued, then placed on the market with Absolute. They were very professional and always accompanied prospective buyers on viewings. It sold very quickly and then they kept us upto date with how things progressed.

Surpassed all our expectations throughout the sale.
It was not an easy property to sell, but the honest, plain talking way it was marketed, the potential shown and the viewings handled secured the sale. The follow up by the whole team was exceptional all the time both to seller and buyer. We were constantly kept informed of developments. The number of viewings exceeded our hopes. Could not recommend this agent any more highly.In short Absolutely brilliant.

Great letting agent
All the staff at Absolute are great. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond.. As a landlord I have every faith in the staff at Absolute to take care of everything to do with managing the letting of my property. If you need a letting agent in the Torbay area, I have no hesitation in recommending Absolute.

First Class Service
Absolute have provided me with a first class service. From the honest valuation with Darren, to the viewings with Debbie and Frank who have turned up at the agreed time, performed excellent well informed supportive viewings and gave honest and timely feedback to me after every one. Informative, professional, non-pushy, listened and understood my needs
The main contact for my property search was Debbie Kelly, Senior Negotiator who tried very hard by negotiating the purchase price with the vendor of a flat I was interested in, as well as further along the chain to help 'make things work' for everyone involved. Unfortunately following the second viewing arranged for me, I decided that the flat wasn't quite what I was looking for. Despite this, she was very understanding and although I imagine disappointed (as the vendors would have been too) was very polite, responded to my email straight away (in fact all emails / calls were responded to very quickly) and I felt that she had excellent 'customer service' skills, being treated as an individual, not just another 'prospective purchaser'.
