Great service and good ethics too.

Our recent purchase was pain free and very professional. The whole Absolute team that dealt with us were genuine, called back when they said they would and went above and beyond. They coped with a very difficult situation and made the transition as smooth as possible for everyone concerned. We felt valued by them as individuals, which is a rarity these days. We are now thrilled with our new home, thank you all.

Fantastic estate agents

We used Absolute to sell our home and we are currently registered with them searching for a rental property. They are an excellent estate agent and a refreshing change from other agents we have used in the past! Nothing is ever too much trouble they really do provide excellent customer service! Over and above their remit. They always respond to queries no matter what time of day or night! This is a real bonus to us as we are both working professionals. They have even contacted other estate agents for us on our behalf as we have struggled to find a rental home! The sale of our home was very smooth and quick!! We can honestly say we are so pleased we chose Absolute as they are the best agents in the area!

Don't go to any other agents Absolute are ABSOLUTELY The BEST

From start to finish Absolute Sales are the best. They are true to their word. They are real and extremely genuine in what they say and do. The entire 'team set up' really works fantastically . From initial meet and valuation staff , to the courteous negotiating sales staff through to Sales progression - they are all 'on the button' . All email and telephone enquiries have been dealt with , with speed, accuracy and integrity . We sold and bought through Absolute and the process was top class - I cannot rate them highly enough. In the past 10 years we have used 4 other agents on different properties hiwever selling and buying with Absolute far outshines them all.

Property Sale

We found Absolute to be both diligent and professional in all aspects of the sale of our home. We would highlight their communications and we were informed of every development in our sale. The photographs were prepared with great care to optimise the presentation of our home and we found the video most useful. Most important however were the staff at Ilsham Road who were very supportive, friendly and professional.

Excellent service

We received excellent service from the beginning to the end of our sale. All of the team at absolute, I cannot recommend them highly enough, from Darren doing the valuation to Frank negotiating the price, with Debbie and Kim being incredibly helpful and pro-active with us and the buyer, keeping the sale going though, resulting in a sale within 2 weeks at a great value for our lovely flat Very professional at all times, great communition throughout . Very happy with your service

I put my maisonette on the market with Absolute in February 2017. I particularly liked the fact they kept me informed every step of the way even when there was no good news. After a couple of months I dropped the price and a week later an offer was made. Everything went well and we completed last Friday.

Super friendly excellent service

All of the team at absolute lettings have been amazingly helpful and friendly during the process of viewing, moving and finalising the process with the property. Lydia's initial setup for us to view the property and arrange the first viewing along with visiting the property a second time for measurements was prompt and refreshing. Chealsey handled all of the references with us and helped work with us and the referencing company to make sure we were able to secure the property with ease and give us peace of mind that we would have a new family home. Cheryl finalised all of the setup for the move and made sure we were all ready to go and that all of the facilities would be in order for us to move in. Overall a superb experience with having the knowledge that we were looked after during the whole process and that if we have any issues in the future I can rely on absolute to be there when I need them. First Rate Service

Absolute, were not our initial first choice of Estate Agents as we had a "high end" property to sell. But having interviewed a few "Leading Local Torquay Estate Agents" we decided that we would use the services of Absolute Estate Agents. And we were not disappointed in our decision! We found them to be 100% on the ball and that never changed from the moment we met them and throughout the whole sale process. Darren, was very easy to deal with and has a considerable amount of experience. most notable was the speed of communication, sensible and thoughtful advice, and all done in a totally professional, yet personable manner. We felt in safe hands and able to rely completely on him doing what he said he would promptly and to a high standard. Darren and his team are always willing and able to clear up any questions we had, even though there were not many, as they usually contacted us to let us know of anything they felt we would want to know. We also found Debbie, Frank and the rest of the office team provided an excellent service too whether via Phone or Email, they were always helpful, efficient, and above all friendly and always answered our queries and questions in a prompt and timely manner. Absolute Estate Agents provided us with a first rate service in a truly professional manner and most importantly, they were always on our side, which in our experience is not always the case with estate agents. We would have absolutely no hesitation is recommending Absolute Estate Agents to anyone and in our opinion they are the "Number One Estate Agents in Torquay" to choose for selling your property. Comparatively easy considering!

Brilliant from start to finish

Frank showed me the property. He was on time, answered questions and was very professional. Kim and Debbie the sale progressers were amazing! Not only did they help me as a buyer but they were instrumental in progressing and motivating the whole chain. Every estate agents needs a Kim! Communication was excellent, always at the other end of the phone. Thank you to everyone at Absolute for helping me get in my lovely new house. Absolute are breaking the mould and reputation of estate agents!
