Real honest professional genuine people
So we have just brought a house with this estate agent. And due to sadly our journey not being the smoothest of rides (fraudulent hacked solicitors email and received our deposit money - luckily we got over half back and family raised us the rest) so it was a tricky situation. And I just wanted to praise how well and professional they coped with it all. It was very stressful and they always put me at ease, they were forever in contact in a way of help and support. I even had a very low point where I was literally crying down the phone and again they just calmed me down and we're just there for us throughout the whole ride. It wasn't just robot like 9-5 standards they had heart and they went above and beyond for useless much so I will miss then haha. Big shout outs to Kim, Debbie , Frank and the rest of the team from Torquay branch. Keep doing what your doing, it's being noticed! So yes I would definitely have to recommended them and we will be working with them in the future. Mr and Mrs Bailey

Fantastic from start to finish
We cant fault the team at Absolute at all. During the course of our purchase we dealt with a number of people in the team and without fail they were helpful, encouraging, and always willing to go the extra mile. We always felt as if we were in safe hands and all our queries about our move were followed up promptly, making a sometimes stressful relocation a great deal easier. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Absolute - a highly professional and very human team of people. Thank you.

Very professional! Best staff! Work efficient and reliable! (which I love as a German)
We want to sell our flat and tried several agencies. which we rated from very poor to unprofessional. It was a coincident that we had a viewing of a new Apartment organised by Darren. His comments to this viewing were very honest, true and corresponded with our opinion. Then we had chosen ABSOLUTE.. Within 5 months there were around 24 viewings and the engagement of all the ABSOLUTE staff was very exemplary. Due to medical reasons we have postponed our Apartment sales to beginning of 2018 and certainly stay with ABSOLUTE, hoping also that they might find something for us.

Nothing was to much trouble for them.
Always courteous and always responded to any questions or queries. Even after purchase still prepared to assist with any problems that arose.

Very efficient. Team work well together
I was very happy with Absolute from Darren selling the property in just a few days. The office always either calling back or emailing any troubles that did occur. All in all a smooth sale even though I had tenants in the property. Thank you to Simon, Darren, Kim, Debbie and extra thank you to Frank who always goes the extra mile.

Excellent service, would highly recommend Absolute
From the very start Absolute were professional and reassuring regarding my property, from Darren coming out to give the initial valuation to taking the full property particulars, Frank and Debbie speaking with potential buyers and booking in many people to see the property, with this, it was thanks to Darren conducing a viewing with the buyer who agreed a price I was happy to accept. Kim was very helpful in her communication early into the sale with keeping me updated with how the sale was progressing, and towards the end both her and Darren worked above and beyond until I was given the great news that we had exchanged contracts. I would definitely recommend Absolute and all the members of the sales team, as they are professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. Graham B
