A team with your interests at heart.

A few words on the team at Absolute: competent, professional, enthusiastic, alert and on-the-ball. Efficient communication is essential in securing successful transactions in the property market. It’s often less than evident amongst estate agents. Absolute get the importance of it and execute it consistently. I have no hesitation in recommending them as outstanding practitioners in their field.

Absolute perfection

Lydia from the Absolute team was able to move me from Thailand to Torquay within three days. Without her consummate professionalism i would have not been able to start my new job and new life in the English Riviera. I will only be using Absolute for all my future property needs.

PROFESSIONAL AGENT

We recently purchased through Absolute and upon our first viewing Debbie was very helpful, friendly and most importantly took our interest seriously. Communication was excellent, open and honest. The purchase was far from plane sailing due to a breakdown in our chain, Absolute kept a clear and honest dialogue running throughout this period up until completion. I would not hesitate to buy or sell through Absolute in the future and without their input we probably would not have got the house we wanted. Absolute amazing

It was my first time looking to rent a property and was a little scared on how I went around it and all of the hassle that goes with it but so glad I went to absolute sales and Lettings of Torquay where I was put at ease from the moment I walked in the door all the team were fantastic and very professional and made my first experience a pleasure. Can’t thank them enough especially Cheryl and riannan who I dealt with the most would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for hassle free no stress letting or buying once again big thanks to absolute xx

Best in class

My experience as a buyer has been 100% positive. Absolute in Wellwood is a highly professional and friendly team. Our sales contact Frank understood our brief and demoed videos on his iPad at our first viewing, so efficient! Darren was great to deal with as we negotiated the purchase with the buyer. We needed access into the property on several occasions and Tina and another gentleman facilitated this for us. The entire transaction was so easy and affective. Kim who works on the admin side is an absolute gem, so responsive. Debbie helped us too in clarifying some of the processes. We completed the sales in just over 6 weeks beating our deadline by 11 days. Great pace, Thank you very much and I highly recommend your services!

Rental of my property

Really efficient service, very flexible, helpful, smiley, professional!! I had a selection of tenants presented to me within 1 week of asking for Absolute to advertise my flat. Most would have been suitable, so I had a choice! Thank you very much indeed.

Best Staff Help Ever !

Tonight I've locked myself out of my flat and no means of getting back into my home. Ive rung absolute who directed me through to the correct people where Lydia has gone the extra mile by comming in her own time from the gym to pass me some emergency keys to get back into my property! I really can say Absolute are the best!! Very friendly, caring & helpful! Sam
