Cottage let in super quick time.
A-B-C-Lutely! A. Absolute let my cottage within a few days of instruction. B. Brilliantly produced portfolio of photos, super efficient creation of details and speedy wide spread advertising resulted in the right tenant match. C. Our dream house in Torquay
After seeing the advert for our house at Absolute estate agents we started the process to purchase it, From the first meeting with them we experienced a very warm welcome also there professionalism with our purchase was excellent. Debbie, Kim and Frank were very professional and very helpful from start to completion, great company to deal with.

Efficient & Helpful
There are many estate agents in the market place. Do they all deliver on their promises? We have had dealings with a number over the years. Some leave you really frustrated with their lack of communication and their lack of efficiency.. Absolute have been efficient & helpful. throughout the purchasing procedure. They continue to be helpful even months after the process has been completed. They get our full recommendation.

Friendly, professional and genuine staff
One of the reasons we picked Absolute as our agents was because of the friendly, but not too over friendly, and professional approach which was given by Debbie who initially came to see us. They had also sold my Mother-in-laws property a few years before. Our house was sold within a week of going onto the website and went through reasonably quickly. Even when we did have some doubts it would, Kim in the office was very easy to talk to and satisfied us all would be OK, whilst Debbie made a visit to the house to make sure we were still happy with the way things were going. Excellent, I have and will continue to recommend
I’ve used lots of different estate agents over the years for buying and selling and Absolute are just the best, it’s no wonder why they are picking up awards for business growth etc, I find a lot of estate agents boring but Absolute are stylish, enthusiastic and most of all innovative in a modern world, special thanks to Darren and Debbie on this sale

Take the pressure out of moving house
