I rented a flat on the Hoe for 5+ years, Mark and the team handled any queries and maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, compared with some letting agents in Plymouth. They were also flexible with dates when I was moving out into my first home, as I wasn't sure the exact day I would receive the keys. Amazing lettings agency! Moved to the UK in 2019 and after less than 6 month we wanted to move to a house. No agency would accept foreigners with less than 6 months residency but they did! They jumped through so many hoops to help us, even managed to move us at the beginning of the pandemic. We lived there for 2 and a half years and had it not been necessary for us to move due to a family matter we would have stayed there for many years to come! Great help and amazing agency all together!
