Great Company, Mark the director is very helpful at resolving problems. Turnaround time was a little slow at first but in the end we have found it was down to the landlord.

I am a currently serving member of the armed forces. Over the next year to 18 months the team secured me a further 3 rental property's to which they manage for me completely hassle free the drop of a email to let me know when my rents are due into my account. And the occasional maintenance issue and notifications of when my legal obligations in regards to gas certificuits and very boring stuff like that but the staff keep it easy and are a friendly bunch. Now to my colleagues currently serving or have served if you have property in and around Plymouth that you need to let at a competitive rate then I would strongly recommend the team at Beresfordward as the first point of contact I'm sure you will get the best competitive rate around. I use my own maintenance contractors to which they fully engage with no problems. Over all the team at Beresfordward are a helpful friendly bunch where nothing is to much no question to silly gives me the confidence to continue to build my port folio knowing I have a outstanding letting adgent that I trust to perform again and again. These guys are absolutely fab. Can't recommend them enough! The staff have been friendly, polite, accommodating and helpful since my first contact with them. Nothing is too much trouble, James (who dealt with my rental property) was great, always replied promptly to any questions (and there were a few!) that I had prior to moving in. As for the fees, they have to be the most reasonable that I've ever come across! Everything was explained thoroughly to me and there were no hidden charges or unexpected extra costs. When I have encountered small problems with the property, they have been dealt with quickly, and Mark (director) has even taken the time to call me (which I feel is a great touch) and explain to me everything that will be happening to solve my problem. All the staff are very professional and I feel completely at ease with them. Thanks for making everything nic and stress free for me! Will be recommending you to all my friends and family :)

Easily the best experience for newcomers to the Plymouth market. They were the only agent to show interest in providing suitable properties and showing times that suited us. Whilst we viewed a large number of potential places to rent, we shortlisted down to two and both were with Beresford Ward. Sign up was easy and informative. The company is clearly professional but with family values driving their customer service. We really look forward to a long term tenancy with them.
