Disrespectful place. I emailed and submitted a message on their website and got no response. I then called today. I asked to rent a three bedroom property. I tell them that I am the only one that will be living at the property on a permanent basis and that my parents will visit. Then they continue to ask "It's a three bedroom property so who else will be living at the property?". Totally disrespectful that they were not willing to take my word for it (and, of course, I understand that referencing and such will take place afterwards). My salary can cover the rent so it is not their issue. I suspect that the reason they did not believe me is because I am not white and have an accent.
This letting agency is a joke they arrange a inspection one minute then section21 the next as the landlords haven't a clue what they want and this agent will keep phoning if you give them your number avoid at all costs

Very polite when starting tenancy however when leaving the property Very rude no respect for GDPR and when questioned about it, apparently to much effort to follow simple GDPR request would not use again under any circumstances
My partner and I have been renting through Beresford Ward for 6 years. Unfortunately over the years we have found the quality of the service they have provided has decreased, and we would no longer recommend the agency. For the first couple of years repairs were timely. Unfortunately over the pandemic it took at least 6 months and lots of chasing to get an issue with the bathroom ceiling and fan fixed. They have now been taken over by Campions letting group and the quality of the service they provide has fallen further. Today I received an email that my rent was in arrears. This was the first I heard that my rent was increasing, which is very stressful. Despite me receiving no prior warning I have been told I have to pay for this increase retroactively. I'm now having to contact citizens advice because I am concerned the agency isn't acting within the law.
Apauling service once you hve moved out. Moved out over 4 weeks ago , and still do not have my desposit back, plus a overpayment I made to them, despite promises from them every 3 days.
I moved into a property as a tenant. My landlords and Beresford Ward told me that building work would only be for a few weeks. I work nights and haven't been able to sleep at all due to the noise of contractors shouting, and working at my property during the day. I feel like Beresford Ward and my landlords have lied to me as the work is clearly ongoing and not going to finish soon. I don't think Beresford Ward are a very ethical company. Also when I moved into my flat it was not clean.
