I dealt with James for the viewing and he was prompt and helpful. In the afternoon when we went to start the paperwork James again was helpful and helped us speed through the paperwork very quickly - we managed to get from viewing to moving in in 2 days! When we arrived to sign the contract James got us started even though we were early and then handed us over to Debra who finished the paperwork and we get everything completed quickly and without fuss. We had an issue with the car park beeper as it ran out of batter but this was also sorted very quickly and without any problems. I and my partner would highly recommend using Beresford Ward, the admin fees and reference fees are good, they are very helpful and quick. One of the best letting agencies I've come across.

great service to a landlord. Got my house on the market, found a tenant and managed the process from start to finish. When my first tenant put in notice to leave, a new tenant was found within a couple of weeks and all checks completed ready to move in!. very pleased with the family structure of the firm, they clearly have a passion to ensure fair treatment of both tenant and landlord, and have a wealth of experience in managing these relationships.

Great letting agents. I let from them once & then when the landlords had to unexpectedly sell they found me an even better property for my family & I when we were expecting our third child. We moved on a Monday & our baby girl was born on the Wednesday...Just in time!!!! Mark & the team were all very helpful throughout the whole process & I would recommend them over & over again!!

Stephen was a huge help in getting us across the line in our sale. Our buyers were the most unbearable awful people who threatened to pull out hours before we'd agree to exchange as we needed to extend our completion date by 4 days (change a Monday to a Friday). Thankfully he negotiated with them to agree to exchange and put up with the buyers horrendous mother who tried to jeopardize the sale for us and lose us thousands as a result.

Scott is extremely friendly and personable. He did a wonderful job of photographing the house and I enjoyed his diligent and professional approach. I had no concerns giving him keys and he went above and beyond when he kindly offered to take in my Hello Fresh delivery and unpack into the fridge while I was away. Only minor negative was, rather than supply hardcopies of the seller pack, I had to print at home myself but Scott did make the time to come over and collect. We were lucky in that we received an acceptable offer within the first week of listing, fingers crossed all goes well now to completion!
