Mark and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond to help us with the issues we had with our previous agency, we are extremely grateful and I don’t think I could ever find the words to express our gratitude towards them for everything they have done for us. Cannot fault Mark, Jackie and the team at Beresford ward at all. Can honestly say I have never dealt with a more professional and competent lettings agent ever. Following on from a difficult situation with my move before linking up with Beresford Ward they kept me informed throughout the process of my application to move into my new home. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they showed a genuine interest in me as a tenant. Beresford Ward is a family run business and it really shows. Great team, better service.

We used this company as they had great prices a professional team and always friendly even the boss has taken his time to help on many different occasions. We currently still rent from Bereford Ward and if we move they will be the first people we go to. I have recommended this company to friends and family. There are no hidden charges like you find elsewhere and if we need any questions answered they always happy to help on phone or in person.
