Great agent

I have been using Parkers as a letting agent for approximately 18 years. They have a quick turn around on tenants. Good communication, and I appreciate that feedback is taken on board to help improve services.

Really helpful team on the letting side of the business. Very thorough and organised agency with good communications and a very friendly approach. I would give 5 stars but their fees are at the high end of the market but i guess you do get a quality service!

It was very nice experience with Parkers , Reading , UK to getting my rented property in the budget , well update, cooperation and support during the procedure.

My experience while renting with Parker’s has been a positive one, however the fees are too high as with any other letting agent. The staff is very helpful, polite and professional.

Parkers found me a new tenant for my rental within 2 weeks of it being advertised . They were very good in keeping me up to date with the progress of the tenancy , which was a refreshing change in comparison to another big Reading estate agency , who had dealt with this rental property previously. So far I have found their service professional and courteous.

We dealt primarily with Ben Mitchell and Somer Jones when selling our house and both were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process. Of all the estate agents that valued our house, Ben seemed the most knowledgeable and well-prepared, and towards the end of the sale, Somer was quick to respond to our many phone calls and always got back to us if she missed our call. Recently I used Parkers to let out my property, I like the service they provided so far although it take a bit longer than I expected to let out the property due to the market. Mark kept me updated every week about the market situation until the property let out. Rebecca also handled the contracts and logistics professionally. I am looking forward to a long term business relationship with Parkers.
