When our long-standing tenant moved out recently, we agreed with Parkers' review which suggested some refurbishment would be a good idea. Parkers arranged for their contractor to give us a quote. He did an excellent job of painting and re-carpeting virtually the whole house. We are now waiting for new tenants. Parkers are keeping us informed of progress.

Parkers Estate Agency is good in terms of service, committment etc. I wish Parkers should also guide the new tenants moving into the new property ex. how to operate heating systems etc. Tenants come from different part of the world so it becomes necessary for agency to include this in their services too.
