My experience from Parkers in Reading was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and ensured everything went smoothly. The property was well presented and when I turned up to the viewing I was greeted by a friendly smile. After I secured the property the whole administration period went very quickly and I was moved into the property within 9 days. BRILLIANT SERVICE! I would recommend Parkers to everyone!

Damien was very helpful and
Damien was very helpful and supportive in achieving a quick recovery of our home from tenant in difficult circumstances for me. He gave good advice on the best approach for a recovery from existing tenant. During the process he reported regularly on what was happening and also gave me useful feedback. Also, during the period to carry out some repairs but, as I do not live locally to the area, he provided me with some really good contacts for carpenter/plumber and roofer who all carried out the necessary repairs quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. In the run up to completion I was unable to visit the property for a month so he checked on it to ensure all was well. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was looking for a property
I was looking for a property to rent which accepted Housing Benefit. On my search i found some estae agents rude and other didn't even get back to me. This was not the case with Parkers. They rang me back the same day to explain their policies on Housing Benefit and what i would need for my future looking. They didn't make me feel like i was lower than than anyone else just because i needed help. When i did find a property they were quick to answer questions and make me feel important. Extremely welcoming and friendly. Also ways keeping in contact and keeping me up to date. Very happy with the service i recieved.

I engaged Parkers to sell my
I engaged Parkers to sell my late mother's property and purchasers were found in the first week of marketing which was a surprise given the state of the market. The actual transaction took longer than expected due to the purchasers' own sale hitting unexpected problems but Daminen kept me informed throughout and was instramental in holding the deal together.

I came into contact with
I came into contact with Parkers, Market Sq Branch originally in 2010 in the purchase the flat in Reading I have just sold. In both repects the service has been good. On the sale they found a buyer in about 2 weeks at an acceptable price and the whole process has gone smoothly. I was impressed that the details of the flat were on the website the same day I gave them the commission. Damien Glowacki and Amy Maskell have been very good at keeping me in the picture at all times. I would use this agent again. Paul Duhig

I had originally thought that
I had originally thought that the days of the traditional estate agent were numbered as I initially marketed my property with a web based agent. After failing to secure any acceptable offers I went back to Parkers who I have bought and sold with several times before. My house sold within days of going on the market. It seems you just can't beat the personal touch. Ben & Damien worked tirelessly to ensure that the deal when through. I can't recommend them highly enough. I shall certainly be going back to Parkers for my next move.

Amy showed me round the flat
Amy showed me round the flat at very short notice and was very helpful, which was appreciated as it was my first time renting by myself. Ryan then took the reigns and was very informative and prompt to answer any questions. He also ensured that I was able to move in 4 days prior to posted move in date. Very handy as I was going to be starting a new job on the Monday!! He also made it that some of the furniture I requested to be moved out was done in time for my move in. Considering I had a month to build a new life in Reading, Parkers made the whole process very straight forward. Overall, i'm very happy with the service I received from Parkers.

I have used Parkers since I
I have used Parkers since I bought my first rental property back in the 90's. I used them for their central location in town, reasonable rates and professional approach. Since then things have moved on a pace in the rental market and I have to say that I've been impressed with the way that they've adapted to cope, taking on more staff as necessary and introducing different departments for the different areas in the lifecycle of a rental property (finding new tenants, maintenance issues, tenants leaving etc.). Service has always been good, with new tenants found quickly, maintenance issues dealt with promptly and an overall professional attitude.

Whilst dealing with parkers
Whilst dealing with parkers from start to finish i happy to say i had 110% professional service. They always kept me up to date give me quality feedback from viewings. They were always very prompt in letting me know which stage we were on with solicitors. I will always happily recommend to family and friends excellentcompany to do buisness with.
