Matt and Grace excelled at
Matt and Grace excelled at responding to the need to turn around my lack of accommodation in a super quick time. Having canvassed other estate agents in the area & had some not so favorable experiences, it was refreshing to be made to feel that the estate agent's staff were looking out for both the Land Lord's and Tenant's best interests. Many Thanks to them & clearly i will be happily recommending Parkers to friends & colleagues. Cheers! :-j

Damian Glowacki was very
Damian Glowacki was very helpful playing teh go-between between parties in the chain and reliably provided regular updates throughout the process. Slightly disappointed with the finalk completion date, but all-in-all a happy customer.

We were selling our flat and
We were selling our flat and buying our new house through the reading branch of Parkers. From start to finish we were always impressed with the service. They were always helpful and polite, and the sales team worked hard to find the right potential buyers. We were particularly impressed how all the staff in the office work as a team. When it came to 'closeing the deal' Damien (and the rest of the team) worked tirelessly keeping us updated and chasing solicitors, management agents, often going above and beyond to resolve queries to get us to the point of exchange. The support and assistance offered by Parkers got us through a very stressful time. thank you

I started looking for
I started looking for investment properties last summer. I used a selection of estate agents. Parkers were brilliant every step of the way. First they were always polite on the phone. Two, they were never late for viewings. Three and most importantly they were never ever pushy to hasten me to make a decision. Their staff member on viewings was independent of sales and was always impartial and helpful to consider the entire property. I found Amy, on the phone, consistently kind and thoughtful. She always followed up questions, finding out the answers and never pushed for a sale. She listened and responded to my requests, only sent me details of properties that were pertinent to me and after many viewings, I found a property which matched my all requirements. Ben, on the lettings side was very competent too. Again not pushy or presumptuous. Thorough on the first visit and answered all of my many questions. He was professional, always punctual. He was very reasonable on valuation and what to expect. He said when the information would go live on the web and it did. My only surprise was how quickly my property let (under a week!) If you want to be treated with respect, have attention to detail, and experience professional service - go to Parkers, Market Place in Reading. Professional, patient and not pushy!

We have just recently dealt
We have just recently dealt with Parkers Estate Agency in the rental of 2 properties, all the staff there were extremely helpful and professional. They dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. We would definitly deal with this company again. Excellent service.

Mark was very polite,
Mark was very polite, professional and impartial. He presented me with all the information, facts and honest advice from his experience to allow me to make my own decisions. The rest of the Parkers team (including Grace) were very efficient in organisng my property to be ready for let and helped fill the property in under a week at a great price. These guys are highly recommended and didn't at any stage push or try any traditional "sales pitches" on me. Cheers Mark, a pleasure to do business with you.

I have been working with the
I have been working with the lettings team at Parkers for a number of years using their fully managed service for my 3 properties. The service Parkers provide has always been excellent from a tenant finding, rent collection and maintenance perspective. Communications are prompt and with a light touch. Very satisfied.

I have bought properties through Parkers Reading Town Centre and also let them all, through the same. They provide an excellent professional service throughout, from sale to lettings to management of my properties. All the staff are switched on and informative at every stage.

I have recently purchased a
I have recently purchased a property being marketed by Parkers Reading and my contact was Damien Glowacki. The service I have received from begiining to end has been fantastic and Damien has been thorough, honest and helpful all the way through. All of the numerous issues were on my side as I had problems with my mortgage lender. This caused delays amounting to around 3 months, during which time Damien was extremely understanding and helped keep the relationship with the vendor as smooth as possible. I never felt that Parkers was just representing their interests; I genuinely got the impression that they cared about customer service, both for the vendor AND the prospective buyer. I would highly recommend Parkers and they will be my first choice of agent as required.

Last year I looked into an
Last year I looked into an investment property and at the time spent a lot of time with Parkers, who were honest, patient and gave excellent advice, which I followed and held off buying until this year. I have now put an offer in on a property which has been accepted. What I particularly like about Parkers is that they never pushed or tried to cajol me into buying. When I was being shown around Ben was really helpful giving balanced advice, highlighting pros and cons rather than trying to push me into a decision, he was patient and happy to show me as many properties as I wanted before I choose. He was also incredibly respectful of the vendors, whish I thought showed integritey. Honesty and respect are high on my agenda when buying a property and I can honestly say that all the staff treated me with these. I would thoroughly recommend Parkers. Mark who deals with lettings also spent a lot of time talking to me about practical issues and returns etc. I would like to take this time to thank everyone for their prompt, honest, professional yet personal service. It was a pleasure rather than headache buying this property, also thank you for your relentless patience.
