Amazing service from start to finish and couldn’t have been more pleased. Can’t recommend this agent highly enough. Just absolutely brilliant in every way, and we felt from the very start that Adam Mackay was a person who we could trust and who genuinely wanted us to find the process of selling our house as hassle-free as possible. Every aspect of the sale was handled expertly and efficiently. Adam and his team kept in close contact with us throughout and always responded very quickly and helpfully to our queries. We were fortunate enough to have a quick offer on our house, but a number of difficulties arose from our solicitor (useless at times) and from an unbelievably awkward member of the chain. Adam managed everything brilliantly, and was constantly proactive in dealing with the process and with the rest of the chain. Frankly, some of the others were just bonkers, and he was wonderful at looking after our interests and banging a few heads together when it was needed. The best estate agent ever, and we doubt that any other agent would have handled it all so adroitly.

My partner and I rented a property with Mackay and they were excellent. Sue was or main point of contact, but when she wasn't available Vanessa was able to help. Both were really friendly, yet professional and very quick to respond. Brilliant property strategy and clear realistic photography which sold our home really quickly. The knowledge and communication from start to finish was a pleasure.
